Our history
After creating the Certis Group company (Certis Assurances) in 2014 we developed ex nihilo a complete underwriting and management solution for our Lyon local and wholesale brokerage agencies.
On the strength of this experience, and following the sale of our agency network, we decided to launch the CERTY ERP solution through Certis Software in order to put our know-how and experience at the service of our customers in the digitalisation of their business.
After our first year of pre-marketing, the CERTY ERP solution and tools can now be used to manage more than €40 million in customer premiums.

1 - Scoping phase
During the scoping phase, we work with you to draw up a precise map of your business processes and the current tools you use.
2 - Progress plan
A gap analysis enables us to map out the potential coverage of our solutions by process, so that we can provide you with a progress plan involving the gradual transition to our solutions by business area.
3 - Accompanying your employees
During the configuration phase, the changeover or the migration phase, our business teams work alongside your users to help them get to grips with and continually improve your IT system.

Our executive team
Certis Software is an alliance between the world of IT and the world of insurance, with a mixed management team comprising a chairman from the world of ESN (Entreprise de Service du Numérique), who co-founded ESN AXOPEN and the consultancy firm ARISE CONSULTING, and a managing director from a 3-generation insurance line (GESAM has been a broker since 1960).
CHAIRMAN
Jérôme POUSSINEAU
An IT engineer with a degree from CNAM LYON, he began his career with an ERP solutions publisher, before moving on to consultancy firms specialising in SOA solution integration and custom application development in Java/J2E.
At Logica, he was responsible for the SOA offering in the Rhône-Alpes Auvergne region, during which time he was able to implement service bus projects for major accounts (AXA, GROUPAMA, MACIF, BPCE Assurances, etc.).
Founder and former co-manager of AXOPEN (one of Les Echos’ top 500 champions of growth), Jérôme Poussineau has a very broad range of skills, enabling him to meet our customers’ most specific needs.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Jonathan MANGERET
With over 15 years’ experience in the insurance brokerage sector, he started out as an agency manager with GIE GESAM before taking over as head of its agency network.
He then founded GROUPE CERTIS in 2014, a brokerage specialising in the distribution of property and casualty products, and was responsible for setting up and coordinating 3 agencies in the Lyon region.
Thanks to his experience in the insurance world and his perfect knowledge of the CERTY ERP solution, Jonathan MANGERET has an exhaustive understanding of our customers’ needs and coordinates all their projects with professionalism to ensure their success.
