Letters settings

The letters are created. The list is long. How do new users find their way around?

Firstly, we determine the tab in which we want to view the mail (print from a customer file, a policy, a claim, etc.) and the recipient (customer, company, etc.).

Then we classify it by type to identify at a glance the situation to be dealt with (subscription, management, reminder, etc.).

Then we condition its display according to the situation (active, cancelled contract, etc.). With all these settings, sending a letter becomes child’s play.
